| Duties/Responsibilities | |
| The Chef will oversee the day to day running of our Kitchen and be able to lead and motivate staff and develop a team. Create Recipes and plan menus in a new fast paced Kitchen Research new food. Control stock & inspect deliveries and always maintain Food safety and hygiene and supervise staff and make sure food is always to a high standard. Being able to cook food in a timely manner. Providing guidance and training to your team and help them improve their culinary skills and efficiency. They are also responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy work environment. | |
