| Ideal Candidate Traits: Must have an interest in café work and willing to work towards a qualification. Previous experience in a customer-facing role within the hospitality or food and beverage industry is preferred, but not essential. A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine desire to learn and grow within the industry. | |
