| Front of house – Waiting on tables Use of coffee machine Help with cooking ( full support will be given ) | |

| Excellent polite friendly customer service and communication skills to include welcoming customers Reliable and punctual Attention to detail and knowledge of the menu Team work Organization skills An understanding of coffee machine (however training will be provided) Be comfortable in supporting the cook if required Follow health and safety requirements | |
